My work in neurodiversity is both professionally grounded and personally informed. As a parent of four children, with neurodivergence present within my own family, I have seen firsthand both the challenges individuals face and the remarkable strengths that different ways of thinking can bring.
Alongside this lived experience, I bring almost two decades of professional expertise advising employers on equality law, workplace inclusion, and disability matters. Throughout my career I have supported organisations to move beyond uncertainty and compliance-driven approaches towards practical, compassionate leadership that supports people to do their best work.
I believe organisations thrive when systems are designed to recognise and support different minds, rather than expecting individuals to adapt to environments that were never built with them in mind.
