I came to this work through two decades of professional expertise and a lifetime of lived experience.
I am Roisin Kelly – a mother, a professional, and someone who has spent nearly two decades working at the heart of employment equality law. Today, I help organisations build neuro-inclusive workplaces through neurodiversity training, consultancy, and compassionate leadership.
What drives me is deeply personal.
I know from the inside what it costs when systems fail to make room for a different kind of mind. And I know what becomes possible when they finally do.
I hold a law degree from Queens University Belfast and spent 18 years as an employment equality advisor, including ten years leading on the Equality Commission for Northern Ireland’s employer training programme, working with organisations of every size and sector.
Before that, as HR Business Partner for Musgrave Foodservices across the island of Ireland, I learned what operational reality looks like from the inside. I understand the pressures you face, because I have worked within them.
